Exercise calories?

So before adding my exercise calories mfp says i am over my fat,sugar and sodium but after I add it I am mostly under. Which one should i listen too? Advice?

The only one I would worry about is the one you didn't list. Calories! Start by eating back 50% and adjust according to your rate of loss over time. http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10257474/starting-out-restarting-basics-inside#latest0
