Hey guys. I'm new to this but I'm 18, 5'6 and only 95 pounds. I wanna be around 120 and have some muscle. Any suggestions?

Eat at a small calorie surplus with adequate protein while lifting weights (to make sure you put on mostly muscle). That the short of it but you should pick a program that focuses on building muscle in the specific areas you'd like to target (glutes, quads, back, biceps, whatever) and one that's designed for adding mass.0

Yup, those are good suggestions. Lift and eat a surplus.
Do keep in mind that even in the most ideal situation, for men gains will be 50/50 fat and muscle. Women usually gain at a 75/25 fat to muscle ratio.0
