Has anyone tried the GM diet?

  • Is that where you leak as much fuel as you take in, or the one where you blow a gasket every so often?

It's not about what, it's about how much.

The GM diet is a waste of time. It was never associated with GM in the first place. It has multiple names, all trying to give it a false air of credibility. It isn't based on science.

You basically eat no protein through the week. When I tried it, I lost like 6 lbs that week. Except, I gained it all and then some back when I went back to eating normally. Also, it left me with terrible hair fall. Anything that doesn't teach you healthy habits is something you need to stay far, far away from.

The worst kinds of diets. So bad they have to lie in their name to make it sound even remotely like it has any credibility.
Whatever made them think a car company name would make their diet sound credible is beyond me.

My car is a GM. Surprised the poor old thing is still alive. I expect to be on the GM fitness program when it does croak. Otherwise known as walking everywhere!

The diet sounds overly restrictive. I'll pass.
