    Two of my favorites are egg white omelets. I can fill them with veggies, ham, cheese, etc.

    Another is breakfast pizza. Take wheat pita, spread on refried beans, scrambled eggs, veggies, ham, cheese and salsa. Very balanced. Protein, carbs, fiber.

    I also love turkey, cheese and egg English muffins in the morning. If I have time to cook I'll make oatmeal. mostly I do smoothies in the vitamix with banana, milk, kale, frozen fruit and a splash of oj. they keep me going for several hours before my morning snack.

    Protein powder on porridge/oats. 400 cals or so and 24g of protein (depending on brand).
