Will I have to recomp?

I have 11lbs to go until I reach my goal. At that point I'll be 5'4 and 130lbs. I may end up shooting for 125lbs, but we'll see.

I have no idea what my body fat percentage will be once I hit goal, but it's a given that I'm still going to be pretty damned jiggly..... At that point will I have to recomp or what?

I'm thinking ahead because I'd like to start learning now if that's the case. I have no idea what that would entail or where I would even start. Would that keep getting the fat off me?

Recomp is maintaining weight, increasing muscle mass while losing fat.
If you still feel you have to much bodyfat at your goal weight recomp is your best option.
Read the recomp thread in the must read post of the maintenance section.

Do keep in mind that people that lost a lot of weight often have an inaccurate view of their own body. You might not have much more to loose but be unable to see that yourself.
Also, it is not too early/late to start weight training now to maintain the muscle you already have. That way your weightloss will be mostly fat, rather than fat and muscle. (Muscle that you want to gain back in a recomp..)

I've been strength training 4-5days a week now with some cardio mixed in as well. I've been trying hard to hit my protein goal daily to hold onto what I can as I'm losing too.

Ok. If that's what I would be looking at then I'll start reading up.
