Small step forward

Started exercising today, oh my. I definitely underestimated my abilities! I walk an average of 3-4 miles per day at my job so I thought getting back on the elliptical would be no problem. WRONG! The muscles in my legs screamed stop! But, I did 5 min at a pretty good pace. I will try another 5 mins this evening. I've now lost 13 pounds so I am rewarding my self today, getting a Fitbit and a mani/pedi. I realize that I have been using food to comfort myself for the past year, so I am ready to take better care of myself. Wish me luck!

OoooOooOooh yah fitbit!!! And a Mani...and a Pedi!!! My feet are sooo sensitive...I think a pedi would result in an accidental kick to the massagers head!!....wait...massagers is not the right word....it is underlining it in red...great...oh well I have already committed to the post!0
