What are some exercises to do to tone and tighten up your arms?

    I like a simple strength training program. I follow Stronglifts 5x5 twice a week and yoga twice a week. If you don't have access to a gym, take a look at nerdfitness.com.

    I think the terms "tone and tighten" in the context that youre using them is not really accurate.
    If you want more definition, then you need to reduce overall bodyfat. You cant really spot reduce.
    But some exercises for the arms are:

    For biceps-
    Dumbell curl
    Barbell curl
    Preacher curl

    For tricep-
    Tricep extension
    Skull crusher
    Bar dips
    Tricep kickbacks

    Many others but these are the basics
