Any tips on how to make working out more enjoyable?

    What do you generally do and what do you like? It is too broad a question to get any real help with. Or it would be really non-specific like "if you like running, try trail running".

    Add music/audiobooks?
    Do a different workout?
    Shorten the workouts and do them more often?
    Workout with a partner?

    Find what you love to do and do that. Lifting makes me happy so I do that. Other people would get bored with the sheer volume of my training.
