When I make brussel sprouts I always chop up bacon and cook them together.1 -
I shred brussel sprouts on the mandolin, add shredded radicchio and shallots then heat red wine vinegar and add oil. Then pout it over the sprouts mixture and add some parm. It's modified from the original recipe but still super yum2 -
