    @synchkat yes, I make everything from scratch. I don't know what your particular issue is but if it's fear of ingredients, these are all 100% quality meat.
    I do also cure my own bacon and back bacon but don't have any pictures :(
    Mostly I just wanted an excuse to use the phrase "magnificent sausage".
