22 lbs in three months ?

I have my first anniversary in three mths . Put on 10 kgs in almost a year . Please help with a diet and work out to lose it

It took a year to gain 22 lbs. I don't think 3 months is a realistic goal to lose it.
Put your info into MFP honestly as possible. Set it to "lose 1 lb per week" and then log as accurately as possible.

If you have a fair bit to lose, I think 22 lbs in 3 months is doable (I lost 30 in 3 months and am now at a normal BMI).
I eat 1500 cal per day (+/- 500). I'm 5'8" and 155 lbs. I eat a LCHF diet, which really works for me, but isn't for everyone.0
