Getting started Again!!!!!!

Hi my name is Cathy, I am 54 and live in a tiny town in Montana, really tiny!!! Anyway I am a life time dieter and have an eating disorder, I have stared and stopped more diets and programs in my lifetime then I care to count! But I am back at it and trying once again to become a more healthy weight!! As I recapture my goals I hope to obtain more helpful insight for this group!!
