Hello everyone how is it going everyone. I just recently started this. I started working out in January. I was at 267, I am currently at 212. I work out daily i have over came many obstacles. I want to get down below 200lbs. We will make it if we don't look back. I didn't know what to write on here. Success starts, when we start.

    Way to go! I started a food diary and exercising back in Jan and have really fallen off the band wagon the last couple months. I am also new to MyFitnessPal and hope it helps me get motivated again!
