protein shake

My question is should I take protein shakes Since Iam trying to lose weight and workout. Iam trying to keep my fat from turing to loose skin. I know its probably gonna happen just trying to help. Thanks

    protein shakes are just food. If you want more protein and they are more convenient/better fit your overall diet then go for it. But shakes are just another form of protein with various other macros/ingredients that must be taken into consideration with your overall diet.

    Only if you are having trouble getting enough protein from the rest of your diet.

    In and of themselves, they won't do anything to help you lose weight or prevent loose skin.
