Hello, my name is Roxy.
I had started this a year ago. Since then I've lost about 35 lbs. But I still have about 25 lbs to go.
Nutrition and Toning are my two main focuses. Nutrition I know absolutely know about. Either I eat horribly or nothing at all. I've recently joined a gym and have a trainer. I just need to find the motivation to keep going at this point.
