After years on here... I want to try (again!)

I feel myself losing weight from not eating as much. Yeah some days I eat better than others. Emotionally I am going through A LOT.. I need to get everything balanced so I don't fall further in life.. I want to promise myself that I can fit into some of my old clothes.. But I need to set goals.. My first goal is to see how much I weigh and go from there.. Lol..

I think we are on the same exact boat. I'm 23 going through a whole lot of things emotionally that have been taking a toll on me mentally and physically! Good luck on your weightloss journey. Lol always a good step to start off by weighing yourself. I was forced to find out my weight when I went to the doctor's earlier this week:P0
