Hi. Can anyone tell me how to determine the breakdown of my percentages for carbs, sugars, protein and salt? I don't know what is considered a good balance. Thanks!

The MFP default works just fine for me: 50%C/20%P/30%F
Sugars are defaulted to 15% of your overall calories on MFP. MFP doesn't differentiate between natural and added sugars so many people don't follow that. I follow fiber instead and the goal for that is 25g.
Salt is recommended at 2300 mg for everyone. If you don't have medical problems like high blood pressure then it doesn't matter as much to keep to that limit.0 -
