Finding Calorie Matches

I posted earlier today about wanting help figuring out why no weight is leaving! The biggest thing I took from it was not weighing my foods. So I bought a scale!!! Measured out my dinner.
6 oz chicken breast
3 oz uncooked brown rice
Later I had 5.6 oz of frozen grapes lol
How am I supposed to know the calories?
Thanks in advance

Just search for the food and it should find the calories for you. If it's not the correct portion then add the food, click to open the item and where it shows all of the nutrients you can change the quantity. You might need to change the measure eg, if it says 100 grams and you had 50, change it to 0.5 as the amount. Sorry I'm in metric!!0
