1) why don't I ever get sore no matter what I do during work outs?

2) how much cardio is recommended a day?

3) how many days a week should I work out?

4) tips?

    1) Depends what exercises you're doing and how hard you're going.

    2) Depends what kind of cardio you're doing. Personally, I do around 20-30 minutes after every workout. Nothing strenuous, just to get my heart rate up.

    3) Depends on you. I workout 6 days a week. Remember, the more you workout, the more you can eat.
