Hello.
This week I am super busy at work and have been ill so haven't made it to the gym at all and it's likely that I won't at all this week. Do you think there's anything I should do to avoid damage limitation or just carry on and start again next week?
So worried that I'll gain massive amounts xx

Manage your intake. Eat less to meet your reduced caloric needs. You don't need to gain a single ounce.0

Adjust your calories to suit your lack of exercise and then eat accordingly: http://iifym.com/iifym-calculator/
Although, you could do some HIIT workouts that take ~10-15 minutes to do if you don't have time to go to the gym.0 -
Sometimes I find a week off does me the world of good, and when I hit the gym again I'm performing measurably better than the previous session. Just work out your calorie needs for your activity level on your week off and stick to it.0
