any other lchf people out there laugh when it tells you that you are way past daily fat?

    Nope. I changed my goal settings instead. Go to Home, click Goals, click Daily Nutrition Goals, set it how you want it.

    Good Morning! I've been been clean with lchf for about 3 weeks - even made it through the weekends! :-) I feel SO much better!! I've only lost about 3 pounds tho - want to lose a total of 20. I have a tough time keep my protein below the recommended 20%. Any recommendations?

    Good morning and congrats! I have a protein issue, too. Because by preference I eat a lot of red meat. If dairy doesn't bother you, cheese, butter, and heavy cream can up your calories and fat without bumping your protein up as much as meat.

    Coconut oil and avocados are often consumed by low carbers who don't eat dairy and don't want their protein higher. Perhaps others have more suggestions along these lines.
