How do i decide on my daily activity routine?

I have a sedentary job. I sit at my desk all day. But then I do exercise at least 4 days a week. A mixture of running, gym, football and stuff.

So do I choose sedentary or something else?

    sedentary, log your exercise, food calories go up with exercise.

    Unlike most activity calculators, MFP is designed for you to,se your daily activity level WITHOUT e ercise. You then add your exercise onto thar using the drop down cardio menu and or/ figures from activity monitors/ HRM.
