And good ideas for side dishesto get more protein, i like to eat chicken a lot because i am a picky eater and starting to try new things

    Cottage cheese (low fat or fat free).

    plain greek yogurt - use like you would sour cream (it's great with the dry ranch seasoning in it for veggies) soy nuts add a nice crunch to veggies and salads if you eat soy. Low fat cheese sticks are a good protein source too.

    Eat vegetables that you like. They have protein.
    Also some cheese and crackers.
