Hi there! I'm 5'10 and 176 lb! I'm going to California in a month and would like to lose 15-20 lb...is this achievable? And if so, how?

Not possible... Sorry. Should of started a while ago.0

Not safely. Unless you are extremely obese, that kind of weight loss would be dangerous and counterproductive.0

Try high protein, low carb, low fat0

You can try this, but it won't work either. To lose 20 lbs you would need a deficit of 70000 calories in a month. It is not possible.0
