Hi there! I'm 5'10 and 176 lb! I'm going to California in a month and would like to lose 15-20 lb...is this achievable? And if so, how?

Not safely. Unless you are extremely obese, that kind of weight loss would be dangerous and counterproductive.
  • Try high protein, low carb, low fat

I lost 20lb in one month but I weighed 266lbs! For you no but 7lb is a great target for you to achieve.

You can try this, but it won't work either. To lose 20 lbs you would need a deficit of 70000 calories in a month. It is not possible.
