Mushrooms

Decided to make a mushroom and leek risotto from scratch. And since I'm a fairly lazy person when it comes to dishes the frying pan was out so i thought hey no biggie lets just chuck them in the wok with the rice, leeks and stock. OMG the mushrroms tasted absolutley lush! how is it only now discovered the amazing tast of Mushrooms cooked in their own juices/stock instead of in the frying pan?
