Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Shauna, I'm 21 years old (on October 13th) and I'm trying to gain muscle. I find that everyone I've followed on her so far is eating 1,200-1,600 calories and then I'm over here trying to eat over 2,000 a day ahaha. So if anyone is attempting to maintain/bulk around the same calorie amount give me a follow so I have some inspiration/motivation. I'm in the gym four days a week doing heavy lifting and I waitress three times a week which I can confidently count as my cardio. I'm also in university and just trying to balance health with fun. My stats are currently 55% carbs, 25% protein, and 20% fat. I follow a IIFYM lifestyle and try to treat myself quite often. Looking forward to following some of you!!
