Soya Powder (Flour)

I went on to the atkins website to look at the recipes, and i noticed a lot of the recipes have soya powder. But being in the UK i dont know if supermarkets sell soya powder, and cant seem to find it in any speicalist health stores except soya protein powder which i dont know if its the same?
Does anyone know where i can buy it? And is soya protein powder the same e.g. to use in a baking recipe?
