Ok, I'm sure I know what everyone is going to say but here goes my vent....
After losing weight two years ago and keeping it off I have gained about 10 lbs back in the past few years. Last year this time I was 6 lbs lighter. In those two years that I gained I fell off the workout healthy eating track a little. Flash forward to march of this year I decided to get my act in gear and started watching what I ate and working out. I even started doing Jillian Michaels body revolution (I'm in week 10) now and I was walking. Two weeks ago I decided to give c25k a try and am now starting week 3... 90% of the time I eat great, healthy foods. I sometime give into snacks or pizza etc but never enough to really put a ton of weight back on. I'm a firm believer in not depriving myself because then I will never stay on track......
Well with all that being said I haven't lost anything!!! In fact I gained a few depending on the week.....what I need advice on is what is gonna work for me and how long with this schedule will I finally start losing?? Also is there a "diet" out there that will help but not make me feel like I'm giving anything up?
I know Im close to my goal weight and I'm in a healthy range so that might be part of the problem....but when I look in the mirror I have major problem area (lower half) and until I'm happy with that I'm gonna be focused on the scale....
Btw I'm 5'2" 132lbs
HELP!!

Did you take your measurements before you started Body Revolution? Have you lost any inches?0

Hey,
I feel ya
I'm in the same boat as you(sorta). Two years ago dropped from 150 lbs down to 123 lbs. I've been doing fine until the last few months recently. I've ballooned to 130 and I don't know why. I've been doing everything right. I even dramatically cut my sugar recently just to be sure.
Somebody PLZ answer her. I'm seeking answers myself as well.0 -
My first thought was What is she eating but your diary is private so I can't look. Open that up and you'll get more feedback.0
