hello my name is B. I'm working into my 3rd week trying to get my life on the healthy path. I want to lose at least 35lbs. Since June I have lost 10lbs. Before now I was not a healthy eater. Never kept count of calories and rarely ever tried to exercise ... Well I signed up for fight for fit and it's a great program that has been motivating me to do better... Weekly exercise as well as a food diary. So far so good I'm ready to shed these pounds.... So what's your story
