I've recently gained 10-15lbs from hormones bring off from a miscarriage and eating too much sugar. I can't eat gluten, corn, or lactose so I have a very limited diet as it is wine and natural sugar is my go to carb. My clothes don't fit and I don't feel good about myself right now. Needing a buddy

Sorry to hear about yoru miscarriage. I understand that might have brought some depression. But you now need to ditch the sugar at least to a level that is healthy. You must have plenty of carbs you can eat. Fresh fruit is fine and is sweet enough to satisfy you enabling you to go without all the junk sugar.
That said, so long as your mood is down, you may find it hard to get going so get the support your need from a professional and when you are fully recovered, you will find it easy.
Meanwhile if you still want to try to get on top of this now, Make a firm decision and adopt strategies and resolve to stick with the program.
I quit sugar back in jan 2014. It doesn't mean i never eat sugar. I only eat in what i have found to be low risk situations. so i eat it only about once a motnh on average. Just one serving. My method has proven to be failsafe. I am committed because i know that if i give in, i could quickly end up back where i started. And i do not want that.0 -
