Hello, everybody. My name is Nicole. I just had my second baby about 8 weeks ago. I'm looking to burn fat while maintaining muscle. I am still 3 pounds over my prepregnancy weight, but would like to hopefully get down another additional 5 pounds. However, if i could lose about 2.5 inches on my waist, and lift my tush, id be ecstatic. I'm currently 123 pounds at 5'3", 115 would be my ideal weight. If you have similar goals, or if you'd just want more support, feel free to request me:)

    Congrats on your little one, and good luck! :)

    I was able to get down to 120 (5'5) before getting pregnant with this one, and hope to do the same again next summer!

    Im also trying to get baby body back! I put on 30kg with my second baby (60lbs) ive lost 15kg so half way there. Bubs is 5 months.
