I've been a member off and on for years. My first time I lost 46 pounds, and then was unemployed and the weight loss journey just went stagnant. After multiple attempts at restarting again I hop on the scale this morning and I'm just shy of 20 pounds of the weight I started at all those years ago.
Its time to stop waiting and to get my *kitten* in gear. My body hurts daily, it's not helping at all with my anxiety/depression/stress levels (I stress eat). Today is the day to start shedding these pounds and I could use all the help I can get.

What matters is not the past; your motivation is enough to get you started on a journey dedicated to health. We were all in your place at some point. Look through old threads for answers, and never be afraid to ask questions. I wish you the best.
