Curious why yoga is not broken down further in the exercise list to determine different types? I would think some yoga types burn many more calories than others?

A vigorous vinyasa class would definitely burn more than a restorative yin class, but frankly yoga doesn't really burn that many calories although it's beneficial in other ways (strength, balance, flexibility etc). Even an active class for me only burns around 150 an hour.0

Yoga is hard to track. One week class is very easy and the next super hard. And then all the different styles. ..
It gets even more difficult0 -
I do agree that it would be nice, since vinyasa/ashtanga yoga is a huge part of my exercise schedule. But, I just log the generic mfp option, don't eat back my yoga calories, consider them a bonus (like my lifting calories) and log other exercises, mostly biking, occasional walking, jogging or elliptical.0
