1.5 cups self rising or all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp sunflower oil
0.75 cup sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
0.75 cup skim milk
2 eggs
Mix everything up and put it in the oven for 25 mins!! (180 degrees Celsius/350f)
Nutritional value:
171 calories
26.4g carbs
3.4g protein
6.1g fat
You can also add a cup of chocolate chips but keep in mind that it adds about 40 cals to each muffin...

I just made these. I think next time I'll be adding the chocolate chips, and some cinnamon and cloves for a bit more flavor. My kids loved them! Are they listed in the database already?0
