Hey everyone,
I'm Shondra. A friend recommended myfitnesspal to help me focus on my goal of losing 100+ pounds. And so far, it's been a great experience. I'm learning the key to my success is keeping up with my new routine of eating clean and exercising. I feel confident that by this same time, next year, I'll be at my goal. :)
