My Belly needs your Help!!

Hello everyone , my name is Mark and I have a major issue worrying me that i need your help for.
The short version : I cannot seem to find what causes my intense stomach bloating and how to treat it, even though i've tried anything i could think of , and i'm kinda desperate for some effective advice.
This is what i'm talking about : [ In the left i'm slightly 'flexed' , in the right relaxed ]
Some extra information : I am 21 yrs old, 65 kg/143 lbs , 173 cm/ 5'8'' ft , with 21.7 BMI , 15% Body Fat and I have started gym workout for the last 2 months which is going quite well.
I have searched and asked so many people about this: This is not "gas", not any kind of intolerance to food, it is not fat -either subcutaneous or visceral- , or 'water retension'. I have had a complete gastroenterologist and dietician check up , and everything about my digestive is completely normal, except to a mild hiatal hernia -which according to the doctors doesn't justify my bloating.
I have visited an orthopedic on the grounds of a 'lumbal lordosis' or 'APT' since i used to sit a lot and be sedentary. He did not say i have any pelvic tilt. The answer of 'weak abs' also doesn't satisfy me. I know in person 20 guys with completely sedentary lifestyle, who haven't done 1 situp and aren't into any sport and are skinny like me but their stomach is at least like my left pictures (and they do not flex! )
I have tried both now and in the past execising my abdominals, but without any result. Even the abs started showing when i was flexing , but there was no difference in the bloating. Also, it is like that the whole day , without any relation to when i eat or what i eat or how much i eat. The only time it's absent is just about 1-2 minutes sometimes after i get up from the bed in the morning, but just for a moment.
This has been there for as long as i remember myself , or at least since puberty , and i haven't found any solution yet. I have tried even more things that many have told me (sleep on my back, drink chamomile daily , do stomach vaccums and many other).
Like i said, this has made me completely insecure with my body. I know i'm not that fit but this is the one and only issue on my body that troubles me, plus it is a real discomfort when walking , running etc (the bloating feels like i'm pregnant :S )
So, thanks in advance for your time ,and any help would pe appreciated.

It doesn't look like "bloating" it just looks like a little extra fat to me. Just going by your stats at 15% BF I would say that's all it is. As a comparison, in my profile pic I am 5'9", 155lbs, and around 10 to 11% BF. It just looks like you lack very much muscle which would account for the 15% BF at 143lbs.
Sounds like you have had a full medical work up and everything is normal so not really much more it can be. It just sounds like you don't want to except that answer.0 -
Do more Physical core stuff like dead lifts, squats, pick up heavy stuff like a Tractor tire 20 times your body reflects what you put in it as well as what you put it through.. My 2 cents. One more thing put the magazines down just be the best you can be.. Most people with great abs can make themselves look fat in a mirror and your friends are flexing trust me..0

That is not intense bloat. I'd agree with both of the previous posters' advice that you need more muscle. The only thing I'd add is to tell you to stand up straight, chest out, shoulders back. Slouching is not going to look good regardless of physique.0

Some people are born with a few extra feet of intestines, which causes distention. Maybe that's what's going on.
Anyway, i agree with Michael about strengthening the rest of your body. When people are strong, the little flaws we all have tend to be less important.Hello everyone , my name is Mark and I have a major issue worrying me
If that is a major issue to you, you have a relatively easy life, compared to a lot of other people.

So if you were to go to McDonald's for dinner tonight, what would you eat? In my 20s I could pack down 10 nuggets, a burger, super fries and probably a desert.0

Try eating until you're not hungry vs eating until you're stuffed ... also get some more muscle like the previous posters stated.0

There's very little fat in my stomach and my visceral is 4%. And yes im not very open to the answer '' there's nothing more u can do'' because it means, there's nothing more i can do. I just think that something is causing this.Cherimoose wrote: »Some people are born with a few extra feet of intestines, which causes distention. Just curious how you came up with your visceral fat number and what does your visceral fat have to do with the subcutaneous fat on your stomach?0 -
I agree with those above that it is not bloat, but fat. If, however, you feel bloated, it could be because of dehydration or excessive fiber intake coupled with dehydration. Additionally, as also mentioned above, focus on core exercises. Not 1000 crunches or something though. Just basic abdominal and lower back exercises.0

They had measured my visceral fat, and it had nothing to do with the "subcutaneous fat" on my stomach because that fat is very little and either way it's not causing the bloating. I know what it would be like and i hoped it was that fat causing it since the way to solve it would be clear, but its not
The reason i mentioned visceral is because someone told me thats whats causing the bloating, but its not.
