Any other veggie, gym goers?

I'm currently following Jim Stoppani's "12 Week Shortcut To Size" program, which is great.

Thanks to this app, I've only just realised that my diet has been all wrong!

Even for a veggie!

It's been eye opening to see all of my micronutrients laid out in front of me, and how many calories "hide" in sauces!

I love Weetabix for breakfast (I have 4!) mixed with 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein, and 2 cups of semi skimmed organic milk. Tastes great, and covers me for my protein & carbs before gym.

"Lunch" is now 2 scoops of vanilla whey protein, and for dinner I'll have something made with Quorn.

Anyway, I'll finish off by wishing you all the best of luck with your own goals!

PS, this is the best tip I can give you: If you don't buy it, you can't eat it ;)
