My fitbit charge hr calculating 16,000 steps & send 1100 calories to myfitnespal

I lost 10 KGS , remained 10 KGS

Should I change myfitnespal. Sedentary level to active ??

No...if you have a tracker linked leave it at sedentary. You are active but if you change it here you will be given more calories as well.

Nope, leave it at Sedentary. It will give you extra calories to eat based on whatever the fitbit sends it. :)

Sorry Stef, Kalikel! Not usual for me to disagree with you two!

At 16000 steps a day you will normally still get a positive adjustment from Fitbit when it compares your TDEE to MFP's active setting at the end of your day.

There is no real reason why you should not START with MFP's active setting calories so that you can better plan your day's meals.

You will still have a positive adjustment at the end of the day, most days, if you do hit your 16,000 steps.

If you think that you might frequently not hit your 16,000 steps, you may want to to also enable negative adjustments. If you do so you are likely to wake up in the morning to a -300 to -500 adjustment which will go away as you move more during the day. If you are setup as active and stop being active at say 9 or 10pm, you are likely to see a reduction on your calories as the day progresses. So if you go to bed early, leave 100 Cal or so.
