Lifting, back and chest are my favorite workouts. I hate legs day with a passion, but I don't wanna have skinny legs.0

Biking (I hesitate to say 'cycling' only because I'm much more in it for the fun of riding along the ocean in the summer, the calorie burn is a bonus). Otherwise, yoga.0

I love the elliptical.....it's my goto.....gets my heart rate up everytime! And is easy on the joints
Aside from that.....lifting weights too. I could never get into the "at home workout" DVD phase lol.....even though I got the Insanity and P90x series......
