Hi everyone just wanted too ask something as I'm not quite sure but basically I was just sick

    Do you mean you threw up? Yes, that will impact the number of calories that your body absorbs. But you still absorbed some of it -- there is no way to know how much. Since it's just one day, I would log the normal amount of calories and move on.

    Oh dam it basically I threw up I'm on metformin tablets for my pcos and they mske me really sick these are the side effects of these tablets such
    A pain in the *kitten* just hope it don't effect my calories as I'm not reaching my goal as it is due too these tablets they make your appetite go and make you throw up sometimes so hard losing weight with pcos
