Need more protein and calories :)

Hi everyone,
I am a huge triathlon enthusiast and would absolutely love to engage everyone with this sport, as it is great at many aspects ;)
I signed up for this app, because I need to track proteins and calories. I am 98% vegetarian (I eat dairy, chicken once in a while) and with the amount of training I do I figured I am not doing my body a favor with lack of proteins.
I would love comments from any non-meat folks, as well as athletes, runners, etc, and of course - all you fantastic people her :)
