Struggling to get back into the routine

I came back from my holiday a week ago and all I've done since is eat so much. I've gained at least 10lbs. Before I went away I managed to lose enough to feel 'ok' but I've gained that back and more. It took me weeks to lose it but seems to have come back on so quickly!

I have always been up and down and want to find the right balance which I struggle with. So I am looking for motivation and support. Someone I can talk to!

I am starting a fresh next week and back logging again. Wish me luck!

I've been on this journey for over 2 years now and managed to maintain a 25-30lb loss but its the last 15lbs I'm struggling with

    Keep at it and never give up! There will be times when you hit plateaus, some longer than others, but perseverance will always be the key to breaking them. Good luck on your journey!
