How do YOU keep the weight off??

I'm really really struggling here. How do u do it?

    By logging and tracking my food - weighing my portions and generally being 'aware' of my daily activity and choices! It's not as hard as it sounds, it can be done. Check out the 'maintaining weight' section - plenty of us are keeping it off :)
