Need Advice

How do you stay in a positive mood while trying to lose weight? I always find myself stressed and sad while trying to lose weight. Any advise for a new comer ?

    I hate to say it but exercise. Once you start and it gets into your blood, you'll get addicted, you'll see some rapid changes in yourself weight wise, but the main thing you'll notice is the change in attitude. The hardest part is getting started on an exercise routine. Crossfit works for us, but might not be for everybody. Best of luck no your journey.

    Shadowspop has something there...a little fresh air, even a 10 minute walk outside does wonders for the mood! Also...starting to see results helps too but that does take a little time. Feel good that you are in control of what you are eating!

    I also agree with the above posters when I first started on this path I've found that going to the gym and burning calories put me in a great mood. It still does and once you start seeing changes you'll be even more excited to keep on pushing. Good luck.
