Did I reach yesterday's personal goal? Didn't set any

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? went for a walk along the beach and didn't go over my calories

What would I have done differently? Not eat one meal

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and go for a walk

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Had an early dinner and ate light for most of the day

    What would I have done differently? skipped the pretzel mix for a late night snack. A granola bar would have been a better choice, :frown:

    What is today's personal goals? Get to the elliptical besides the shred and work at my to-do list

    What would I have done differently? less time sitting down

    What is today's personal goals? "The Perfect Ten" See Blog - Aiming high in prep for a full 5-day week-end!
