Nope. There is no reason to detox because your liver and kidneys already do thst.

Totally unnecessary! Don't over-complicate things :) You don't need to torture your poor body with a 'detox' to lose weight,

"Detoxing" is terminology used by the diet and fitness to help sell programs and products. Journals of Medicine and peer reviewed clinical studies don't show any benefit from them for "detoxing" anything out of your body.

An organic shop advised me to do this lemon juice detox.
Drinking 200 ml organic lemon juice diluted with 1 1/2 liter water over a day.
    Following that for 10 days!
Hmm wonder what kind of feedback I will get now, haha
I was so eager to lose weight that I went for it.

They just wanted to sell you stuff, hon. Actually, that amount of lemon juice can play hell with the enamel on your teeth, it's very acidic.

Lemon juice makes water taste pretty good. That's about all it will do though.

By Detox I think you mean a punitive regime of extreamly low calories in the form of juices, shakes, fasts, drinks etc. - then yes they will help you lose some water weight from low-carbing and a SMALL amount of fat (depending how long the 'detox' lasts). The water weight will go back on once you eat normally but there is no reason that the fat loss would go back on unless you over-ate, over a maintenence level.

Buuutttt you could just eat at a reasonable defecit for a while and lose just as much body fat in a pleasant and healthy way. (whilst hopefully learning a thing or two about nutrition and weight management)

Slightly acidic warm water (lemon-water) will no do anything for you- or aid digestion (you need enzymes for that).
