I pulled a muscle in my groin area (kind of upper inner thigh) doing an exercise I had never done before while not being properly warmed up. I have tried altering my exercises as to not aggravate the area causing increased pain. How long does this take to completely heal? I still have pain it I take too long of strides while walking or doing the adductor machine at the gym.
Please help!

Generally sprains can take up to a year to fully heal. Most time you try not to agrivate it for at least 4 weeks, 6 or 8 if you can. I have a bad one that is causing tennis elbow like symptoms. I can't totally let it heal because I have to use my arm.0

Agree. I too have a nasty one in arm that causes tennis elbow symptoms. It can't heal right because I need it for work.0
