Depends on your needs and desires. I buy non-fat milk because I'm on a low-fat diet. I get the Fair Life milk because every little bit of calcium and protein are helpful for me, but it's way expensive (as milk goes) and not at all necessary for most people.

    MILK IS FOR BABY COWS!

Drink whichever one you like the taste of and fit it in your calorie goals.

Drink whatever you like that fits your goals. Personally I've been drinking silk almond/coconut blend unsweetened lately. Mostly because my kid likes it best. Only 35 calories a cup and it tastes pretty yummy.

I drink 3.9% fat cow's milk. Goat's milk when I feel like spending more just for the variation.

I drink the 1% milk just because I like to eat my fat in peanut butter, hehe. Otherwise I also like the almond/coconut vanilla flavored.

Depends what back story you like:

    Standard nutrition - skim milk
    Low Carb - whole milk
Serious low carb- Full fat cream
    Natural foods - raw milk
    Cow lovers - no milk
    Hormone avoiders - soy milk
    Milk allergies - almond milk
