I Live sushi. LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Salmon is my favourite.

I usually eat 20+ rolls, and a bunch of other dishes. I really want to have sushi while on my diet.

1 roll is roughly 40 calories. How many rolls should I have at a meal and should I order different kinds of rolls? (Like California, salmon, unagi, etc.)
