Oh yes... There are quite a few women on the boards who do KB training. I do as well and it's a very good workout with a good balance between strength and fat burning. You can do all sorts of routines and a good 30min session will certainly get the heart rate going big time. I introduced my girlfriend to them and she found it tough in the beginning but now loves them. Plenty of stuff on you tube for example programmes. Definitely worth incorporating into your routine.

Whatever exercise you enjoy doing and will do consistently is what "works". If you enjoy kettlebells, then yes...that's great.

Kettlebells are something I enjoy and have used them regularly since last July. I've lost about 67 lbs since then. However, I don't lose weight because of the sort of exercise I do---I lose weight because I eat at a caloric deficit.

I LOVE my kettlebell workouts. They are a great way to get my heart rate up by getting strength training in while I am doing cardio. I have to work my strength in with my cardio because I hate doing strength training alone.

I use kettlebells both 10 & 15 lbs. I picked up a 3 pack, 5, 10 & 15 lbs at Aldi for dirt cheap. They are awesome, I love them. I also like to do strength training using my body weight like push ups, chair dips...don't feel stuck to one regime of exercise. Use YouTube to find different workouts too. Good luck!
